You know it is officially December when you can’t escape a Walmart or jewelry store ad on TV, the local mall is promoting “Pet Photos with Santa” and every publication announces their “Best of” winners. (No surprise that Adam Levine won People’s Sexiest Man of the Year to fans of Maroon 5 and The Voice, Right?)
When your product is awarded a “Best of 2013” and it’s from the uber-popular site Home Theater Review you can bet there’s some happy dancing going on in the office. We were thrilled today to find out that Home Theater Review said this about our Westone Adventure Series ADV Alpha Earphones:
“Headphones are a boom industry today, with a lot of options for every type of shopper. Westone’s in-ear Adventure Series ADV Alphas are aimed at the active/sports market. They’re well built and comfortable, and they offer good performance, to boot… These earphones are aimed at active people who will use them with portable devices while exercising or on the go. Accordingly, I spent most of my time with these earphones connected to my iPhone 4S, as well as a little bit of time connected to the MacBook that accompanies me when I travel. Both units had CD-quality (48-kHz/16-bit) music ripped to them using iTunes in WAV format, played back through iTunes. The overall sound was articulate, clear, and enjoyable. On Holly Cole’s album It Happened One Night (Blue Note Records), I found the sound to be clear and articulate, with no signs of exaggerated or overemphasized sound in the midrange or bass frequencies”
These are really awesome earphones. I wear them on my morning walks and they really do block out the cares of the world. Whether I’m listening to The Killers, Third Day or Jason Mraz, the sound quality is superb. GeekBeat.TV, Audioholics.com and even the venerable Consumer Reports gave the Adventure Series a top rating in the November/December issue.
If you’re looking for the perfect gift for someone who is notoriously tough to shop for, I recommend getting him or her the Westone Adventure Series in-earphones.
